Chevy tahoe whining noise when accelerating - Sep 19, 2023 · Hi Sean thanks for all the helpful info – I have a 2014 Chevy Tahoe and about 3-4 months ago I noticed a whining noise that became audible at around 30 mph, got higher-pitched the faster I went; then when the vehicle decelerates is decreases in pitch – almost like a fire/police siren that’s been turned off.
